Pegasus Private Network

Connecting global private capital with U.S. real estate opportunities.

An international network connecting family offices, private investors, real estate developers, private credit providers and strategic partners exploring opportunities in the United States. We facilitate professional relationships, investment research and the exploration of potential partnerships.

Four areas of investment & partnership
Different participants, different conversations. Tell us which one fits, and we explore alignment from there.
Global capital. U.S. real estate.
We welcome conversations with qualified international investment organizations exploring U.S. real estate. These are the regions we are building relationships with — not a claim of existing investors or agreements in each market.

How we work
A clear process so you know what happens after you reach out.
1
Introduce your mandate
You tell us the U.S. assets you consider, the markets you work in and your preferred capital size.
2
Alignment review
We assess fit with the network by geography, property type and capital structure.
3
Professional introduction
Where there is a suitable fit and the proper legal basis, parties may discuss potential cooperation.
4
Independent due diligence
Each party independently evaluates the project, legal structure, risks and terms with its own advisors.

Pegasus does not guarantee that a suitable project will be available, that financing will be arranged, or that any transaction will close.

Introduce your investment mandate
For family offices, private investment firms, funds, lenders, introducers and RWA partners evaluating U.S. real estate. A short qualification, not an application. We do not collect passports, bank documents or proof of funds here — any accreditation and KYC is handled later through a separate, secure process.
Real estate meets digital-securities infrastructure
Tokenization may provide new ways to represent, administer and transfer certain real estate-related investment rights, subject to applicable securities laws, contractual restrictions, custody arrangements and market infrastructure. Pegasus is exploring relationships with technology providers, regulated intermediaries and real estate professionals to understand compliant applications of digital securities.
Ownership & rights
What legal rights a digital instrument may represent — and what it does not automatically grant.
Compliance & investor protection
Offering restrictions, participant verification, asset custody and risk disclosure.
Technology & infrastructure
Registries, securities servicing, settlement and possible integrations.

A token does not automatically grant an ownership interest in a building and may not be freely transferable. Any digital-securities activity would be subject to applicable law and appropriate disclosure.

Investment risks & important disclosures
Is this an investment offer?
No. This page is an informational resource to establish professional relationships. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security or investment. Any offer would be made only through applicable disclosure documents to eligible investors.
Does Pegasus guarantee returns or deals?
No. Pegasus does not guarantee that a suitable opportunity exists, that financing will be arranged, or that any transaction will close. Real estate and private investments are speculative, illiquid and involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of capital.
Who can participate?
We focus on qualified investment organizations. Eligibility, accredited-investor status and KYC/AML are confirmed later through a separate, secure process, and specific opportunities are subject to applicable securities laws, including for non-U.S. investors.
What about tokenization?
Digital-securities infrastructure is an area we are studying, not a live product. Tokens are subject to securities laws, transfer restrictions and custody arrangements; a token does not automatically grant ownership of real property or guarantee liquidity.
