Nathan began his commercial real estate career in 2004. Starting as a commercial real estate agent in Indianapolis, Indiana at a Coldwell Banker Commercial franchise. He specialized in off market land acquisitions and dispositions for industrial, office, retail and hospitality developers. Nathan became the Managing Broker of this office in less than two years and increased sales by 1100% while decreasing expenses by 50%. This experience helped Nathan easily transition into capital markets as an intermediary.
